One day to shoot twenty bands is a lot. But when you're in the moment time just seems to go by so fast and you don't even realize that you've been shooting for twelve hours straight. It was truly an honor to be able to photograph the last cross country run of Vans Warped Tour. Being on the second date of the tour was even more exciting, to be able to get a fresh take at the bands as they set out on this two month long tour. The day start to finish was absolutely wild. Running into old friends and making new ones is my favorite part about these festivals. It gives those of us who feel lost a sense of community. The amount of love and support that overflows from this events community will always grow and never die. Rumor has it Warped Tour's founder Kevin Lyman is dropping hints for the tour to return for select dates in 2019 to celebrate the festivals 25th anniversary. Who would you want to see in the lineup?
